Friel Welch is an independent construction and property consultancy providing director-led project management, quantity surveying and design management. We support private clients and developers from pre-acquisition through to completion, with a focus on exceptional homes and complex projects across London, the Cotswolds and the Home Counties.

We work with private clients and developers from pre-acquisition through to completion, acting as a single point of leadership across the development process. From due diligence, feasibility and commercial appraisal through to design, procurement, construction and handover, we bring together the expertise needed to make informed decisions and deliver successfully.

Our multidisciplinary approach gives clients access to senior project, cost, design and technical expertise through one trusted team, providing continuity, clarity and control from the earliest stage of an opportunity through to delivery.
