We are overseeing the transformation of a former barn in Churchill, Oxfordshire, providing a comprehensive project management and quantity surveying service, including budget management to ensure cost efficiency throughout the project.

Our role spans design, planning, and construction, overseeing a full refurbishment, internal fabric upgrades, an extension, and new windows. Situated in the Cotswolds, within a conservation area and the Cotswold National Landscape, the development carefully balances modern living with heritage preservation in this protected setting.

The project is currently under construction and due to complete in Q2 2025.
