Friel Welch has been appointed as the cost and project manager for Creeland Mews, an exciting new-build development in a prime residential area. Situated on the eastern side of Creeland Grove, this brownfield site—formerly occupied by 26 garages—is being transformed into a contemporary mews of seven high-quality homes.
