Friel Welch has been appointed as project manager and quantity surveyor for the comprehensive internal refurbishment and structural works of a prestigious block of apartments in Holland Park, London.
Our role includes providing full procurement, cost, and project management services, alongside the ongoing management of contractors on-site to ensure seamless delivery for our client.
Works are due to commence on site in March 2025.
