Friel Welch has been appointed to provide value engineering, procurement, site monitoring, and programme and design management for Manor Park, ensuring efficient delivery and cost-effective solutions.
This new-build development consists of three-bedroom, five-person homes arranged across four blocks. The design takes inspiration from the Victorian villas along Manor Park, using brick with complementary stone or concrete detailing. To the rear, a contemporary timber-framed construction introduces a lighter, more open character, connecting the homes to shared garden spaces.
Currently under construction and set to complete in Q2 2025, Manor Park showcases Friel Welch’s expertise in cost and project management, delivering high-quality, sustainable homes with a strong architectural identity.
